Moo Un Limited are a TAG holder for Nominet, the UK Domain Registry Organisation. As a Registrar of .UK Domains, Moo Un Limited is able to offer a completely managed Domain registration service to registrants.
UK Domain Registration
All UK Domain registrations are controlled by Nominet and all registrations are governed by their Terms and Conditions. Nominet also provides a Dispute Resolution Service which helps to resolve issues and complaints regarding the ownership or use of a UK Domain:
Domain Expiry
We will contact you within 14 days before your domain is due to expire to see if you would like to renew the domain name.
Pricing
Moo Un Limited charges £20 for a .uk domain name. This price is for 2 years registration.
Domain Complaints and Abuse Reports
Should you have a complaint regarding the registration or renewal process, or the use of any Domain under our control, please contact us directly at [email protected]. Should you suspect any Domain under our control to be used illegally, or you think is abusive, offensive or discriminatory in any way please also contact us direcly at [email protected].
Customer Service
We respond to customer contacts within 5 business days.
If a customer feels they need to make a complaint they can do so by emailing us at [email protected]. Complaints are dealt with within 5 business days. If the customer feels the need to esculate their complaint they can do so by emailing us directly at [email protected] so that we can esculate the issue in the correct manner.
Domain Name TAG Transfer
If at any time you wish to transfer control of your domain name to another service provider (onto their TAG) then Moo Un Limited do not charge for the TAG transfer process. As long as your account is up to date with Moo Un Limited then the TAG transfer will take place within 7 business days of your transfer request.
